My dog Djosie is my world; raising her over the past year has been a wonderful journey full of learning for me. Even though it is an unfair comparison, it has definitely reinforced my want to be a father one day.I am in my second year of selling sports cards as my side business, and I’ve found it to be another amazing educational experience. It has led me to meet many people, understand sales and small businesses better, and help grow a wonderful hobby community that includes people of all demographics.
The most beautiful game
Even though it was “just a game” this moment was so spectacular to me and truly encapsulated what sports are to so many people. They are a brief escape, a periodic blissful ignorance to the rest of the world. This particular game was so important that I remember watching it in school as my teachers knew of its’ cultural significance.

This song is the most beautiful masterpiece known to humankind. Its simple, joyous and catchy tune has gotten me through pretty much everything life has thrown at me thus far.
My summer job is as a Professional Wildlife Specialist for an environmental management company that operates primarily in the Albertan oil sands. This unfortunate event led to heavier investment in companies such as the one I work for, and I take it upon myself to educate workers and work closely with the wildlife to ensure nothing like this ever happens again.
